About Me

I am Dara Pourghasemi, a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in interior design, international contract management, academic teaching, digital marketing, and the housing industry. My career path has been a journey of growth and transformation, placing me today as one of the recognized leaders in luxury development and project management in Turkey.

My professional journey began in Iran, where I worked in interior design and decoration, successfully managing numerous projects. Shortly after, I joined Sinopec, one of the world's largest energy corporations, as the Head of International Contracts. In this role, I was responsible for overseeing and managing large-scale multinational agreements. During my tenure, I was honored twice as Employee of the Year, a recognition that highlighted my dedication, leadership, and global business acumen.

After this milestone, I moved to Turkey and entered the world of academia and professional training. I taught at several universities and educational institutions, delivering courses to both students and instructors. I also organized and led seminars and workshops on personal development, branding, marketing, and youth empowerment. Along the way, I earned several prestigious certifications, including Symphony of Success (SOS), Philosophy of Success, and the Professional Success Course (PSC). These programs shaped my vision of success, leadership, and innovation.

Parallel to my academic career, I ventured into digital marketing and online sales, where I managed large teams involved in ICOs, STOs, and pre-market token sales. This experience gave me a unique edge in understanding both emerging technologies and international markets.

My career then evolved into the housing sector in Turkey, where I quickly established myself as a key leader. I began at Istanbul Homes, managing the Asian branch of the company, where I built and trained high-performing sales teams. Later, I served as Internal Director at Harmony Vista and Home Smart, where I successfully spearheaded operations and achieved record-breaking sales growth.

Following this, I co-founded Nesta Project Management, overseeing major sales in Istanbul's most prestigious neighborhoods for both domestic and international investors. Today, I serve as the General Director of Nekras Group, where I lead one of Turkey's most dynamic and professional construction and sales teams. Our group is currently developing and marketing high-end projects in Izmit, Sapanca, Kartepe, and Bodrum — projects that redefine luxury living, modern architecture, and high-return investment opportunities.
